Anti-spam organization KnujOn  has released a list of the Top 10 Spam friendly registrars. Some of registrars, such as eNom, are already known to harbor spammers and malicious sites.  Since spammers and hackers tend to register large amounts of domains they are usually quite profitable customers for registrars. Still, it is their responsibility to help fight cybercrime, especially since they are in such a powerful position to do so. 

KnujOn says the number 1 registar on the list, Xinnet.com has been linked to over 3 million spam messages over the last 6 months and recommends that ICANN pull its accreditation. Here’s the rest of this shameful list:
